Here's my version of a washi tape sunburst. My idea was to cut a whole in the cardstock in order to place a second piece of cardstock behind with the washi tape stuck down in a sunburst pattern. The tape was very forgiving no matter how many times I took it off to rearrange it.
Do you use washi tape? I'd love to hear how. Fill me in??!!

Used wash tape for the first time last week...you're so good at it! We really need and LSS though as the choices at the box stores are so sad.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lyne!! It was my second time using washi tape (first on a layout - I think). Yeah, it would be nice to have more selection. That's exactly why I want to open my own scrapbook store. If the stars align...

I lied, I used it on my Disney LOs. So this is my 3rd time using it on a LO.

BEAUTIFUL PAGE. I have loads of washi but I rarely use it. I need to use it more.
ReplyDeleteThanks Paula! Pull out that tape and use it!! Anytime you need a border, accent, ribbon, etc. you can use washi tape instead. it's awesome!! you can peel it up and place it down any number of times and it remains tacky. I'd love to see what you come up with!!
