ReplyDeleteWell, a little tidbit about me...I just bought myself a swimsuit today (I'm a non-swimmer--)and went into the pool for the first time in years, and with my DD for the first time!! (It's HOT here in Quebec!) (I'm not completely afraid of water, but it makes me very weary) I plan on going in as much as I can this summer, because just because I can't swim, doesn't mean I can enjoy our pool right?? :) My other 2 kids enjoy the pool so much, along with DD and my hubby...I am missing out.
So, that's my tidbit about me.
I enjoy your blog so much, I follow by email---it's a real pleasure to look through!
Have a great weekend!

Gorgeous picture of your family, La-Vie ...a true scrap-able moment! You KNOW I love everything you create, so I'm hoping you do more of it and show it off. My goal is to do more teaching, in the motto of CTMH: "Let me show you how." I have one teaching arrangement already established and this week, I hope to have a second for a series of classes beginning in August. If I can share them virtually too, that would be wonderful. I learn so much from each one of the bloggers I follow (and that's a LOT) and enjoy ... I just want to payback. So that's my little world, scattering joy! :) I hope too, to see you more often! Are you heading to CKC in Lancaster??

DeleteLast year was our first year going and I bought the scrapbook. This week I got the scrapbook kit to go with it. Every year we go I will make a few LOs to go in the book until it's full. I was so glad my whole fam was there as well as you sister-in-laws. It was cool to see a 2 year old experience it for the first time.
Thanks so much for loving my creations! I live for fans like you! Your creations are awesome and you are doing everything I intend to do in the future. It means a lot coming from you. Congrats on all your upcoming classes. I will make it to one of your events soon. I'm going to get the new Artbooking Cricut cart too!!
Yes, Vicki and I are going to CKC on Friday morning doing classes, crop etc., staying over and doing more classes Saturday but we are headed home Saturday afternoon. I am looking forward to shopping and signed up for much less classes than in the last 2 years. Let me know if you'll be there and when.

Hello I'm single. I have SO much going on I don't have enough time, but I love the busy life I live. Speaking of time I am devoting this summer to mini scrapbooks of my niece and nephew. So proud of my brothers I want to make them brag books. They made me an auntie and now I have my girl and boy @ age 51! I'm already following you and hope you are following me at http://papercraftingparadise.blogspot.com Enjoy your family time!
ReplyDeleteHey PP!! Wzup? I love that you are busy and loving life! Mini books? I am so afraid. I'll be waiting to see what you create. Your niece and nephew are so lucky!! Minis are too small for me but I am trying to get into it so I can sell them. It's a harder sell with the 12x12 which is my fav size. I have been following you for a bit but am headed over to get email updates. Love your work! Ttys!

Hello! Your blog looks fun and encouraging. I look forward to more entries! Mine is: https://www.facebook.com/WanderingThroughTheBible. It is used for journaling but also to motivate me into putting my experiences into pictures. The old expression "a picture is worth a thousand words" pops into mind and how I can apply it as I strive to draw closer to God through writing and scrapbooking. A few years ago, I began a group called Scrapping with Purpose with this same intention but...it didn't last. Sad sigh. Hope springs eternal though that this one will be more successful and fulfilling.
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting me be a part of your world! TTYS!
Hi Stefanie! It's nice to meet you! I have liked your FB and left you a link to mine. Good luck with your new venture. Every experience is a time to learn and grow. Although your group didn't last I bet you have lessons learned to go forward with. Looking forward to seeing your posts.

I love traveling! I just enjoy exploring places I have not been and really love it when we take our own car along. My husband isnt as much of a traveler as me but he puts up with it to keep me happy :)
We are a military family currently stationed in England which has giving us the luxury of travelling all over Europe for the past 4 years. We love it here though you do miss some things like it not taking up to 3 months for our mail to arrive ! The great thing is that shipping to us is just like shipping to anyone that lives in the USA :) Okay I am done rambling! Hope you enjoy your summer.
My contact email is

Marie-Christine la française!!!
Bonjour!! I'm not even going to try my french. It's been years since I was fluent in college. I lived in Lyon with a family for a semester. I'm glad you are into scrapbooking!! My name is La-Vie Chercher so I named my blog C'est La-Vie a phrase I used daily to explain what my name is. It is a very unique name here in the states. My mom had a few miscarriages before me so she was looking for life. My dad found the name in the French dictionary and named me very intensionally. I am grateful. I'm headed over to follow your blog. I may need to click the translate button though!! LOL. Thanks for sharing about your lovely family and taking the time to enter my contest! Bises!

My goals this Summer:
ReplyDelete1) actually get my own blog started
2) learn and make more
3) get my place fully furnished and redo the old furniture in shades of teals, with some lime and red
It's funny. I started liking facebook pages to find more inspiration for my crafting and ran across a one of your posts on a group you had also joined. From there, I have found several blogs, groups(KK8, LOVE THOSE GIRLS!)and new friends that I can learn from and share with. It has kind of revived me and turned an ugly year around. :) Thanks! I'll share my blog once its up and running! My son is helping me.
My dear Angelica! Love your goals. I will follow you once you're up and running! Glad you son is helping. Hoping to see pics of your fully furnished place too! I am glad I was a key part of your crafty inspiration getting jump started! So sorry to hear your year was challenging but glad it's on the upswing. I definitely love reading your comments everywhere I am online. Yes, KK8 is the bomb! I cannot believe I help administrate the group! It was not on my goal list and was accomplished just the same!! xxx
