Blue Skies Ahead!

I had another swap-ortunity lately! Wink...wink! This time it was a boy-related tag swap. I decided to make a 3D rage cuz I'm really starting to get into the boy theme. I'm gearing up to continue scrapbooking the precious moments of my 5 year old son's life.

This tag was printed and cut on the Cricut Imagine machine. I didn't think the image on the tag was manly enough so I decided to layer the top and create my own stamped scene. I'm very happy with the results.

Supplies:
  • Tag print and cut from Cricut Imagine - Imagine More cart at 4"
  • Notebook paper layer print and cut at 4"
  • Bazzill basic white cardstock
  • Boat stamp - Recollections - Memento Ink: Danube Blue
  • Blue Skies stamp - Inkadinkado: Road Trip - Memento Ink: Bahama Blue
  • Clouds border stamp - Recollections: Fun Borders - Memento Ink: Summer Sky
  • Recollections Foam tape
  • Jolee's Boutique red, white and blue ribbon
  • Queen and Co. blue and white ribbon
  • Martha Stewart ric rac ribbon
  • Xyron

Thanks for stopping by! Tell me, do you find it easy to make multiples of the same design?

Monogram Stationery - Cricut Imagine

A quick and easy gift for teachers or loved ones in your life could be this monogram card and envelope set. Both the card and envelope were printed and cut from Cricut Imagine cart Imagine More. I started out with 2 sheets of white 12x12 Bazzill basics cardstock. The specific designs were already predetermined.

For the monogram I used both parts of the cut positive and negative L from the Mini Monograms cart. The positive L is on the envelope and the negative L is on the front of the card.

The back of the card and the front of the envelope are shown here. Aren't they adorable? A set of 6, 8 or 10 would be a great gift. Mini Monograms offers several options for the monogram.

My 2010 Christmas Card

In 2010 I was ready to create my Christmas cards again. I made 100 and included this family photo from our (then recent) trip to Jamaica. The house card and layers was created using Cricut Cartridge Wild Card. I printed the dotted design and cut the card with my Cricut Imagine machine using the Imagine More cart. The topiaries in green foil cardstock are from the Cricut Cartridge Joys of the Season. The red foil door is accented with a white brad from my stash. I used my ATG gun, xyron 5" sticker machine and zots glue dots as adhesive. A religious Christmas sentiment (Stampin Up!) is included inside.

Day 2 MPS 12 days of xmas challenge

I know it's been a while, but I am back with a vengeance. I have been volunteering at my daughter's school, making christmas cards, etc. Today I am entering the My Pink Stamper 12 days of Christmas challenge. We had to create an item with 2 shades of pink, 2 shades of blue and black. I got out my scraps and started creating and come up with this little ditty using ribbon from my stash, Cricut Imagine Cartridge - Imagine More for the sentiment, stamps from my stash and Cuttlebug embossing folder perfect paisley. U like????
